Anti-SORT1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets Sortilin/NT3 (SORT1). Produced as an unconjugated liquid, it was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence within amino acids 752-831 of human SORT1 (NP_002950.3). The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blotting, with the manufacturer recommending dilutions of 1:100-1:500. It is affinity-purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
