Anti-SORD Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab185705)

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal IgG antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. It is supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with the target identified as Sorbitol Dehydrogenase (SORD).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 145–300 of human Sorbitol Dehydrogenase. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 38 kDa.
