Anti-SORD Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SORD, supplied by Antibodies.com, is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and was purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen.

Generated in rabbit hosts using a recombinant human SORD protein as the immunogen, the antibody specifically recognises endogenous levels of total SORD protein. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The reported isotype is IgG.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C. Upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve reagent activity.
