Anti-SOD3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Superoxide Dismutase 3 (EC-SOD / SOD3) and is validated for Western blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human SOD3 (NP_003093.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The reported molecular weight of the target is 35 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
