Anti-SOD2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SOD2/MnSOD, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 25–222 of human SOD2 (NP_000627.2) and has been affinity purified.

Validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reported as KO Validated, the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with reported molecular weights of 25 kDa / 22 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
