Anti-SOD1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets superoxide dismutase 1 (SOD1) and is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume. It was raised against recombinant human SOD1 and affinity-purified using the immunogen, enabling sensitive detection of total endogenous SOD1 protein. The unconjugated antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is shipped at 4 °C; for long-term storage it should be aliquoted and kept at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Validated applications cover Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with human, mouse, and rat samples.
