Anti-SOD-1 Antibody

Supplied through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets superoxide dismutase 1 (SOD-1), the cytoplasmic Cu/Zn enzyme encoded by SOD1, and is validated for Western blot and ELISA workflows. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the internal region of human SOD-1 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, ensuring it recognises endogenous levels of the SOD-1 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. The host species is rabbit with a polyclonal clonality, and it is provided unconjugated so that downstream labelling chemistry can be chosen by the user.
