Anti-SOCS6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against SOCS6 (suppressor of cytokine signaling 6), supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) in Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–210 of human SOCS6 (NP_004223.2).

The antibody is provided as a liquid, with the target reported at 70 kDa, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. Concentration is lot specific.
