Anti-SOCS5 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SOCS5 and provided as an unconjugated liquid reagent of the IgG isotype. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows.

The antibody reacts with Human and Mouse samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–140 of human SOCS5 (NP_054730.1), and recognises the target at a molecular weight of 70 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Four scientific validation images are available.
