Anti-SOCS4 Antibody

SOCS4 (Suppressor of Cytokine Signaling 4) is a member of the SOCS protein family that acts as a negative feedback regulator of cytokine receptor signaling through the JAK/STAT pathway. The unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised against SOCS4 and is reported for Western blot and immunofluorescence detection of the endogenous human and mouse protein.

Each vial contains 50 µL of IgG antibody in polyclonal format, used for probing SOCS4 expression in cell lysates by WB and in fixed cells by IF. The reagent recognizes endogenous SOCS4 and supports studies of cytokine-driven JAK/STAT signaling, inflammation models, and tumor biology where SOCS family members modulate receptor output.
