Anti-SOCS4 Antibody

SOCS4 belongs to the SOCS family of SH2-domain adaptor proteins that fine-tune JAK-STAT and receptor tyrosine kinase signaling, and this reagent is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence on human and mouse samples. The polyclonal preparation targets epitopes within SOCS4 and supports studies of cytokine receptor turnover, EGFR endosomal sorting, and substrate ubiquitination via the SOCS box / Elongin BC ligase complex.
