Anti-SOCS3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against SOCS3 and supplied unconjugated. The reagent is raised in rabbit and is validated for use with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100 to the C-terminus of human SOCS3 (NP_003946.3). It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the SOCS3 target is 30 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot-specific.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at –20°C, and avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
