Anti-SOCS1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting SOCS1, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-211 of human SOCS1 (NP_003736.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reported target molecular weight is 23 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Six scientific validation images are referenced.
