Anti-SOAT1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against SOAT1 (Sterol O-acyltransferase 1), also known by synonyms including ACAT1, ACAT, and Acyl-coenzyme A:cholesterol acyltransferase 1. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and has been purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen — a recombinant protein of human SOAT1.

Validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody detects endogenous levels of total SOAT1 and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Each product is supported by 1 scientific validation image.
