Description
From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against SOAT1 and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The immunogen was recombinant full length human SOAT1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of SOAT1 protein with an IgG isotype. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and migrates at approximately 65 kDa. The reagent is provided at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
