Anti-SOAT1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, unconjugated, raised against SOAT 1/ACAT1 and validated for Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence. Reactivity is confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-130 of human SOAT1 (NP_003092.4). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Concentration is lot specific. The associated target protein has a molecular weight of 55 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. 4 scientific images are provided.
