A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against SNX9 (also referred to as SH3PX1/SNX9), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reagent is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight of the target is 90 kDa. Recommended Western blot usage is at a dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 1–210 of human SNX9 (NP_057308.1).

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
