Anti-SNX7 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting SNX7, validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and, according to the manufacturer's data, reacts with mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 85-330 of human SNX7 (NP_057060.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been affinity purified and the target has a reported molecular weight of 45 kDa.

For Western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is recommended. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
