Anti-SNX32 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com, raised against SNX32. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence staining, including ICC/IF. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 144–403 of human SNX32 (NP_689973.2), and the antibody has been affinity purified.

The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, with a reported molecular weight of 46 kDa for the target. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
