SNX1 (Sorting Nexin 1) is a peripheral membrane protein containing a phox homology (PX) domain that binds phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate on early endosomal membranes. It functions as a component of the retromer-associated sorting machinery, directing cargo retrieval from endosomes back to the trans-Golgi network and supporting receptor recycling, including EGFR and Wntless trafficking pathways. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com was raised against SNX1 and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples.

The reagent is supplied at 100 µl at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative, at approximately pH 7.2. The unconjugated format gives researchers flexibility to pair the antibody with HRP-, biotin-, or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents for chemiluminescent, chromogenic, or fluorescence detection workflows. Laboratories studying endosomal sorting, intracellular membrane trafficking, and receptor homeostasis will find this polyclonal reagent useful for probing SNX1 expression and subcellular localization in cell lysates and fixed-cell preparations.
