Anti-SNRPA Antibody

Raised in rabbit against recombinant human SNRPA and affinity-purified on the immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated antiserum at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot. The antibody detects the endogenous pool of total SNRPA (also known as U1 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein A, U1 snRNP A, or U1-A) and has been validated for Western blotting, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, making it a flexible choice for cross-species expression studies of the spliceosomal U1 snRNP complex. The formulation is a standard phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol for stability; the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored long-term at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve reactivity.
