Anti-SNRNP70 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG and supplied unconjugated. It targets SNRNP70 and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150–250 of human SNRNP70.

The antibody is validated for WB, IHC-P, and ELISA applications. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC-P: 1:50–1:100, and ELISA: 1 µg/ml as a starting concentration. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Reported molecular weight is 68 kDa, with a predicted molecular weight of 52 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.
