Anti-SnoN Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen affinity chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of the SnoN protein (SKIL / SNO / SnoA), a Ski-related transcriptional regulator. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human SnoN, and the antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation in PBS with 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, making it well suited to standard immunodetection workflows without the need for a secondary conjugation step. Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and the antibody has been confirmed to react with both human and mouse samples, supporting cross-species studies of SnoN signaling and TGF-β/Smad pathway biology. For routine handling, vials are shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon receipt for long-term storage at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
