Anti-SND1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SND1 and is supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype. The reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and Immunoprecipitation (IP), and is KO validated.

Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 26-285 of human SND1 (NP_055205.2), and the antibody is affinity-purified. The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal; the target protein has a molecular weight of 120 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, ICC/IF 1:50-1:200 and IP 1:500-1:1,000.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
