Anti-SNCG Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody from Antibodies.com targets SNCG (gamma-Synuclein) and is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–127 of the human protein (NP_003078.2). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended for Western blot at 1:500–1:2,000, with additional validated applications in immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence, the antibody reacts with human and mouse samples. Western blot data show detection of a 13 kDa band in extracts of various cell lines using the antibody at 1:1,000 dilution with a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000; lysates were loaded at 25 µg per lane and detected with ECL.

The product ships at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
