Anti-SNCA (phospho S129) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against alpha-synuclein phosphorylated at Ser129. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 20 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide (sequence MPSEE) corresponding to the region around S129 of human alpha-synuclein (NP_000336.1).

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
