Anti-SNAPIN Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SNAPIN, supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid reagent validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and supported by three scientific validation images. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-136 of human SNAPIN (NP_036569.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 15 kDa. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity purification. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:200-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
