Anti-SNAI2 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets SNAI2, the C2H2-type zinc-finger transcriptional repressor also known as SLUG, which drives epithelial-mesenchymal transition during neural crest emigration and is widely studied in cancer metastasis research. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated 100 µl aliquot, the antibody recognizes the human, mouse, and rat SNAI2 orthologs, supporting comparative studies in developmental biology and tumor biology.

The reagent has been validated for Western blot detection of endogenous SNAI2 protein and for immunofluorescence imaging in fixed cells and tissue sections. As an unconjugated preparation, it accepts flexible downstream detection workflows using HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies, biotin-streptavidin amplification, or direct chemical labeling.
