Anti-SNAI2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent binds SNAI2 (Snail Family Transcriptional Repressor 2, also called SLUG), a C2H2-type zinc finger transcription factor that drives epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) by repressing E-cadherin and related junctional genes. Manufactured by Antibodies.com, it is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, unconjugated for flexible detection chemistry. Validated for Western blot, the antibody recognises the endogenous protein in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies in developmental biology, cancer metastasis, and fibrosis research where EMT regulation is under investigation. Each vial delivers 100 µl of antibody, which can be diluted across multiple blotting experiments according to substrate sensitivity.
