Anti-SNAI1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting SNAI1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody of the IgG isotype. The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, supported by 7 scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200–267 of human SNAI1 (NP_005976.2). The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The target protein has a molecular weight of 29 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
