Anti-SNAI 1 (phospho-S246) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SNAI 1 phosphorylated at serine 246. The reagent is unconjugated and provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 211–260 of human SNAI 1 and specifically detects endogenous levels of SNAI 1 only when phosphorylated at Ser246.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 29 kDa.
