Anti-SNAI 1 (A242) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human SNAI 1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 246, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of SNAI 1 protein. It is provided at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at an approximate pH of 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
