Anti-SMYD2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises SMYD2, also referred to as KMT3C. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody reacts with human and mouse samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–270 of human SMYD2 (NP_064582.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target has a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific.
