Description
Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against SMTN (Smoothelin). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
Immunogen: recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 65–325 of human SMTN (NP_001193946.1). Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; reported molecular weight 117 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilution: 1:500–1:2,000.
