From Antibodies.com, a rabbit polyclonal antibody to Spermine synthase (SMS) is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western Blot. The reagent reacts with Human and Mouse samples and is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–366 of human SMS (NP_004586.2). The target has a predicted molecular weight of 41 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified, shipped at 4 °C, and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

For Western Blot, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is accompanied by one scientific validation image.
