Anti-SMPD3 Antibody

This primary antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SMPD3 (also referred to as NSMase2). Validated for Western Blot and unconjugated, it is of the IgG isotype and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 416-655 of human SMPD3 (NP_061137.1).

The antibody is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, with a reported target molecular weight of 80 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and the reagent has been purified by affinity methods. For Western Blot, the recommended dilution range is 1:1,000-1:3,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
