Anti-SMG7 (K548) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the SMG7 protein. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 512–564 of human SMG7 as immunogen.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human samples. The reagent detects endogenous levels of SMG7 protein and recognises the K548 region. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 127 kDa.
