Anti-SMG6 Antibody

This polyclonal IgG reagent targets SMG6, the catalytic endonuclease of the nonsense-mediated mRNA decay pathway, and is supplied at 200 µl volume. It is intended for Western blot detection of human and rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and supports studies investigating mRNA surveillance, telomere maintenance, and the DNA damage response, where SMG6 plays both a structural and a catalytic role.
