Anti-SMEK1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SMEK1, offered by Antibodies.com within their primary antibodies range. Validated applications include western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 395-594 of human SMEK1 (NP_001271210.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C, should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, and freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.
