Description
This Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against SMCHD1 and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and ICC/IF applications, and was raised against recombinant full length Human SMCHD1. The reagent detects endogenous levels of SMCHD1 protein in human, mouse and rat samples.
It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and recognises the target at a molecular weight of approximately 226 kDa.
