Anti-SMCHD1 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1756-2005 of human SMCHD1 (NP_056110.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 246 kDa. The antibody is provided in liquid form in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. According to the manufacturer, the reagent is reactive with human and rat samples. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
