Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:200 and IP 1:500-1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
