Anti-SMC1A Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SMC1A. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-130 of human SMC1 (NP_006297.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 143 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
