Anti-SMARCE1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab186824)

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody directed against SMARCE1 (also known as BAF57), the core component of the ATP-dependent SWI/SNF (BAF) chromatin remodeling complex, supplied as 50 µl by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent detects endogenous BAF57 in human and mouse samples and has been validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows. Researchers use it to profile mSWI/SNF complex composition, map nuclear localization of chromatin remodeling factors, and investigate BAF57 dysregulation in clear cell meningioma, Coffin-Siris syndrome 5, and other BAFopathy tumor models.
