Anti-SMARCC2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets SMARCC2 (also known as BAF170) and is provided as a liquid preparation. It is of the IgG isotype and unconjugated, with applications listed as Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity has been determined for Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 150–250 of human SMARCC2 (NP_620706.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 171 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. A recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:200–1:2,000 is provided. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
