Anti-SMARCC1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets SMARCC1 (also referred to as BAF155), a 155 kDa protein. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP), with KO validation supported by 2 scientific validation images, the reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been affinity purified and is shipped at 4°C; aliquots should be stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IP. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 80–320 of human SMARCC1/BAF155 (NP_003065.3).
