Anti-SMARCA5 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SMARCA5 (also known as hSNF2H and WCRF135), a SWI/SNF-related matrix-associated actin-dependent regulator of chromatin subfamily A member 5. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It was raised against a recombinant human SMARCA5 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography, enabling sensitive detection of the endogenous total SMARCA5 protein across human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody has been validated for western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). Representative data include western blot detection of SMARCA5 in extracts of multiple cell lines, IHC staining of paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer tissue at a 1:200 dilution, and immunofluorescence on HeLa cells with DAPI counterstaining. For best stability, vials should be stored at –20 °C and, for continuous use, kept chilled to preserve activity.
