Anti-SMARCA5 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against SMARCA5 (also known as SNF2H, hISWI), a member of the SWI/SNF family of chromatin-remodeling ATPases. The immunogen is a recombinant human SMARCA5 protein, and the resulting IgG antibody detects the endogenous level of total SMARCA5 across validated applications including Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), immunoprecipitation (IP), and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 50 µl per vial at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and it cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. Polyclonal IgG raised in rabbit provides broad epitope coverage, and the recommended storage is at –20 °C with minimal freeze–thaw cycles to preserve activity. The reagent is intended for research use only and is suitable for studies of chromatin remodeling, nucleosome spacing, and transcriptional regulation in which SMARCA5/SNF2H function is being investigated.
