Anti-SMARCA5 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets SMARCA5, the catalytic ATPase subunit of the ISWI-family chromatin remodeling complexes that mobilize nucleosomes during DNA replication, repair, and transcriptional regulation.

The antibody is raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated preparation at 1 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged in a 100 µL vial sized for multiple western blot or chromatin immunoprecipitation runs.
