Anti-SMARCA4 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against SMARCA4 and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using recombinant full-length Human SMARCA4 as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of SMARCA4 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 220 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
